About SlabCosts
Concrete calculators & real cost estimates.
What we do
SlabCosts builds concrete calculators that answer the three questions every slab comes down to: how much concrete, how many bags, and what does it cost? Most tools stop at cubic yards. We add bag counts for every size, base gravel and rebar, and an honest US cost range — materials or fully installed.
Who it's for
DIYers pricing a patio or shed pad, and small contractors quoting a driveway or garage floor. Everything is mobile-first because the person using it is usually standing on the job with a tape measure, not at a desk.
How we keep it honest
Volumes use standard industry bag yields; prices are national US averages reviewed quarterly and shown as a range, never a fake-precise single figure. Exactly how each number is derived — and the sources behind it — is on our methodology page. Nothing you type is sent anywhere; every calculation runs in your browser.
Estimates, not quotes
Estimates only — not a quote. Concrete volumes, bag counts and prices are guides based on standard yields and national US averages, and vary by mix, region, site prep and finish. Always confirm quantities with your supplier and get local quotes before you buy or pour.
